About
About RSVP Websites: one link that is the invitation and the reply.
RSVP Websites is a British service that turns a wedding or party invitation into a single web page with the RSVP form built in. You fill in a form, pick a design, open it on your phone, and pay £40 once when you are happy with it. Guests open the link you send them, see their names already on the reply form, and answer in under a minute. You watch the replies land, with meal choices and dietary notes attached, and see who has not replied a week before the caterer asks. It is made in London for weddings in Britain, including the Asian weddings, nikahs and weddings abroad that a generic wedding website does not fit.

What it does
- The invitation and the reply form on one link, so the page guests open is the page they reply on.
- A personal link per household, with their names already on the form, and one open link for the group.
- Replies with a meal choice per guest, dietary notes and your own questions, in a list that shows who has not replied.
- Guest import from a spreadsheet and export of every reply for the caterer.
- 12 designs, including ones for Indian, Pakistani and Bengali weddings, nikahs and walimas, and weddings abroad, with a short film on the cover of three of them.
- Opening lines in Arabic, Urdu, Devanagari, Bengali and Gurmukhi, set in the right faces.
- A programme of functions for a multi-day wedding, each with its date, venue and dress code.
- Your own domain, editors you invite, and a countdown, map, gallery, schedule, dress code, gifts, where to stay and travel sections.
What it does not do
- Sell a gift registry or anything to your guests.
- Print anything. It is digital only; print a few keepsake cards elsewhere if you want them.
- Charge monthly or per guest.
- Ask guests to install an app or create an account.
- Show adverts on your invitation.

How it compares
The American services (Paperless Post, Greenvelope, Joy, Zola, Riley & Grey, RSVPify) charge in dollars, per guest, per mailing or per month, and Joy and Zola are built around a gift registry. The British one-off options range from £12.50 to £135. We have compared each of them on their prices as checked, and written a plain guide to digital wedding invitations in the UK that names them all.
Who is behind it
A small team in London. We answer support email ourselves, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time. The contact page has the details, and the terms and privacy policy say exactly what we do with guest data.
